# Child Safety Standards > Suhba has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. They apply to every part of the service, including profiles and circles. ## In short - **Zero tolerance** for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). - **Report** any concern to [safety@suhba.win](mailto:safety@suhba.win). If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. - **We act quickly:** we remove the content, ban the accounts involved, preserve evidence and report to the NCMEC CyberTipline and the relevant authorities. - **Child-safety point of contact:** [safety@suhba.win](mailto:safety@suhba.win). ## Our commitment Suhba is built for families and companions who want to grow in their faith together. Protecting children is part of that trust. We prohibit any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses or endangers children, and we work with the authorities to stop it. ## What is prohibited On Suhba, and in any use of Suhba to reach someone elsewhere, it is strictly prohibited to: - create, share, request or link to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind; - groom a child: build a relationship with a minor in order to sexually abuse or exploit them, online or offline; - sexualize minors, including sexual comments about a child or content that presents children in a sexual way; - engage in sextortion: threaten or pressure a child, or anyone, with intimate images; - traffic children or advertise children for sexual purposes; - ask a minor for sexual content or contact, or try to move a conversation with a minor to another service for that purpose; - promote, excuse or normalize any of these behaviors. Breaking these rules leads to the immediate removal of the content and a permanent ban, and is reported to the authorities. ## Age requirements Suhba is intended for people aged 13 and older, or the minimum age of digital consent in their country if it is higher. A person below that age but at least 13 may use Suhba only if a parent or guardian sets it up and supervises its use. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13, and we delete it if we learn of it. See our [Privacy Policy](/privacy#children). ## How Suhba is designed to limit risk - **Circles are invitation-only.** People can join a circle only with an invitation link or code, and circles are small (up to 40 members by default). - **No private free-text chat.** Members cannot write messages to each other. An encouragement is one of a few fixed, kind phrases, limited to two per person per day, and anyone can turn encouragements off. - **Private by default.** Each person decides who sees their profile, stats and activities, and what each circle sees of their progress. - **Admins can remove members.** Circle admins can remove anyone from their circle, and admin actions are logged. - **Limited text visible to others.** The only text others can see is short: display names, bios, circle names and descriptions, and goal, mission and program titles. You do not need a Suhba account to report. Please include: - what happened, in your own words; - the display name of the person involved, and the circle name if there is one; - when it happened (date, time and time zone); - how we can contact you, if we need more information. **Never send us images or videos of child sexual abuse, even as evidence.** Sharing them can be illegal. Describe what you saw and where, and report it directly to the [NCMEC CyberTipline](https://report.cybertip.org) or to your national hotline, which you can find through [INHOPE](https://www.inhope.org). **If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or the police first.** ## What we do when we receive a report - **Review promptly.** Child-safety reports are our highest priority. - **Remove content.** We remove any content that breaks these standards. - **Ban accounts.** We close the accounts involved and take steps to keep them from coming back. - **Preserve evidence.** We preserve the relevant information, as the law requires, so that the authorities can investigate. - **Report.** We report apparent child sexual abuse material and exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through its CyberTipline, and to the relevant law enforcement and authorities. - **Cooperate.** We respond to lawful requests from law enforcement. Where appropriate, we let the person who reported know that we have acted, without sharing details that could harm an investigation. ## Compliance with the law We comply with the child safety laws that apply to us in the countries where Suhba is available, including the obligation to report child sexual abuse material to NCMEC and to the relevant national authorities. ## Child-safety point of contact Our designated child-safety point of contact can be reached at [safety@suhba.win](mailto:safety@suhba.win).
