They govern your use of the Suhba app for iPhone and Android and of the website suhba.win, and they serve as the end-user license agreement (EULA) for the app. They take effect on 27 September 2026. ## In short - Suhba is for people aged 13 and older (or the age of digital consent in your country). Younger teenagers need a parent or guardian to set it up and supervise. - Suhba is a subscription app, monthly or yearly, and each plan starts with a 7-day free trial. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in the App Store or Google Play. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or period ends to avoid the next charge. - Refunds are handled by Apple or Google. - Your content stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to run the service. - Be kind and follow the [Community Guidelines](/community-guidelines). We can remove content or accounts that break the rules. - Prayer times are calculations: check them against your local mosque. Suhba does not give religious rulings. - Nothing in these Terms takes away the rights consumer law gives you. ## 1. Accepting these Terms By creating an account or using Suhba, you agree to these Terms and to the [Community Guidelines](/community-guidelines). If you do not agree, please do not use Suhba. Our [Privacy Policy](/privacy) explains how we handle your personal data. ## 2. Who can use Suhba - You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country if it is higher (for example, 16 in some EU countries). - If you are at least 13 but below that age, a parent or guardian must set up your account, agree to these Terms for you and supervise your use. - You may not use Suhba if we have previously closed your account for breaking these Terms, or if the law prohibits you from using it. ## 3. Your account - You sign in with Google or, on iPhone, with Sign in with Apple. Keep your phone and your sign-in account secure: activity on your Suhba account is your responsibility. - Use your own account only, and keep the information in it accurate. - If you think someone else has access to your account, tell us at [support@suhba.win](mailto:support@suhba.win). - You can delete your account at any time. See [Delete your account](/delete-account). ## 4. Subscriptions and free trial ### Plans and prices - Suhba needs an active subscription. There is no free tier: after the free trial, a subscription is required to keep using the app. - Monthly and yearly plans are available, each with a 7-day free trial for eligible accounts under the rules of the App Store or Google Play. - Prices vary by country and are shown in the app before you buy. ### If you subscribe through the App Store - Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. If your plan starts with a free trial, the first payment is charged when the trial ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. - Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. - Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price of your plan. - You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew in your account settings after purchase: on iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions. - Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. ### If you subscribe through Google Play - Payment is charged to your Google Play account. If your plan starts with a free trial, the first payment is charged when the trial ends, unless you cancel before it ends. - Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it. - You can cancel at any time in Google Play → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. - Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. ### Good to know - Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does **not** cancel your subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play. - If prices change, Apple or Google will tell you in advance and, where their rules require it, ask for your agreement. - If you reinstall the app or change phones, use **Restore purchases** on the subscription screen. ## 5. Refunds Apple and Google process all payments, so refunds are handled by them under their policies: - App Store: request a refund at [reportaproblem.apple.com](https://reportaproblem.apple.com). - Google Play: follow Google Play’s [refund instructions](https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637). We cannot issue refunds ourselves. Nothing here limits the rights you have under consumer law. ## 6. License to use Suhba We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use Suhba on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, and in line with the rules of the store you got it from. You may not: - copy, modify, sell, rent or distribute the app, or any part of it; - reverse engineer or decompile it, except where the law allows this despite this restriction; - get around its security, access data that is not yours, or disrupt the service; - access the service with bots, scrapers or other automated means. We and our licensors own Suhba, including its code, design, texts, programs, translations and illustrations. We claim no ownership of the text of the Qur’an or the hadith: our rights cover only how Suhba selects and presents them. ## 7. Your content and acceptable use ### Your content Your content includes your display name, bio, circle names and descriptions, goal and mission names, program titles and descriptions, and the words you add to share cards. - **You keep ownership** of your content. - You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, copy and display your content, only to operate Suhba and to show it to the people your settings allow. This license ends when your content is deleted. - You are responsible for your content and must have the right to share it. ### Acceptable use You agree to follow the [Community Guidelines](/community-guidelines). In particular, you may not use Suhba to: - harass, threaten, insult or shame anyone, or attack people for their madhab or practice; - post hateful, sexual, violent or illegal content; - exploit or endanger children in any way (see our [Child Safety Standards](/child-safety), which have zero tolerance); - impersonate someone, spam, sell or advertise; - share other people’s personal information without their consent. We do not review content before it appears, but we may remove content or restrict accounts that break these Terms or the Community Guidelines. To report a problem, write to [safety@suhba.win](mailto:safety@suhba.win). ## 8. Circles and admins - A circle is a small group that members join by invitation. A circle can have up to 40 members by default. - Each circle has one owner (the Super Admin), and may have Admins and Members. Admins can remove members and change roles. Admin actions are logged. - If you run a circle, invite people you trust, keep its name and description appropriate, and act when a member breaks the rules. - Each member controls what the circle sees of their progress. See [Who can see your data](/privacy#who-can-see-your-data). - If a circle’s owner deletes their account without first transferring ownership to another member, the circle and its shared data are deleted for all members. - Relationships between members are their own, but we act on reports and may remove circles or accounts that break these Terms. ## 9. Religious content and prayer times - Prayer times and the Qibla direction are astronomical calculations based on your location, the calculation method and the Asr madhab you choose. They can differ from local timetables. Please check them against your local mosque. - Suhba does not give religious rulings (fatwa). Programs, reminders and texts are aids for your personal practice. For religious questions, consult a qualified scholar. - Suhba measures consistency with your own plan. It never measures the value or the acceptance of anyone’s worship. ## 10. Third-party services Suhba relies on services from other companies, including Apple, Google, Supabase and RevenueCat. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services, and we are not responsible for them. ## 11. Availability and changes to Suhba We work to keep Suhba available and reliable, but we cannot promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features. If we decide to stop offering Suhba, we will give reasonable notice where possible. ## 12. Suspension and termination - You can stop using Suhba and delete your account at any time. - We may suspend or close your account, or remove content, if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms or the Community Guidelines, if the law requires it, or to protect other people. We will tell you why, unless this would be unlawful or put someone at risk. In serious cases, such as any exploitation of children, we act immediately. - The sections that by their nature should continue after your account ends (such as sections 13 to 16 and 19) remain in effect. ## 13. Disclaimers To the extent permitted by law, Suhba is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that it will meet your needs, be error-free, or that calculated times will be exact. If you are a consumer, you keep the legal guarantees that your country’s law gives you for digital content and services. ## 14. Limitation of liability To the extent permitted by law: - we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill; - our total liability for any claim related to Suhba is limited to the amount you paid for your Suhba subscription in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you. ## 15. Indemnity To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate us for reasonable costs arising from third-party claims caused by your content or by your breach of these Terms. This does not apply where consumer law prohibits it. ## 16. Governing law and disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of the country of the publisher named at the top of this page, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country. If you have a complaint, please write to us first at [support@suhba.win](mailto:support@suhba.win): most issues can be solved quickly. If we cannot solve it, disputes will be heard by the competent courts of the publisher’s country, unless the law lets you bring your claim in the courts where you live. ## 17. Apple App Store additional terms If you downloaded Suhba from the Apple App Store, the following also applies: - **Parties.** These Terms are between you and us only, not Apple. We, not Apple, are solely responsible for Suhba and its content. - **License.** Your license to use Suhba is limited to Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. - **Maintenance and support.** We are solely responsible for maintenance and support. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to provide any maintenance or support services for Suhba. - **Warranty.** We are solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent they are not effectively disclaimed. If Suhba fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to Suhba, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are our responsibility. - **Product claims.** We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to Suhba or your possession and use of it, including product liability claims, claims that Suhba fails to conform to any legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy or similar laws. - **Intellectual property.** If a third party claims that Suhba, or your possession and use of it, infringes their intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are solely responsible for investigating, defending, settling and discharging that claim. - **Legal compliance.** You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. - **Third-party terms.** When using Suhba, you must comply with any applicable third-party terms, such as your mobile data service agreement. - **Questions and complaints.** Send any questions, complaints or claims about Suhba to us, using the contact details at the top of this page or [support@suhba.win](mailto:support@suhba.win). - **Third-party beneficiary.** Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Once you accept these Terms, Apple has the right (and is deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary. ## 18. Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms when Suhba or the law changes. We will publish every change on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you do not agree with the new Terms, you can stop using Suhba, cancel your subscription and delete your account. ## 19. General - These Terms, together with the documents they link to, are the whole agreement between you and us about Suhba. - If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. - If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up. - You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours to an organization that takes over Suhba, without reducing your rights. - These Terms are written in English. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version applies, unless the law of your country requires otherwise. ## 20.
